Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SaveAudio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old and provide an email address you control. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping group join codes private.

You keep ownership of everything you record or upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and deliver that content back to you and to the groups you choose to share it with. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

• Do not upload content you have no right to share, or that is unlawful.
• Do not record people without the consent required where you live.
• Do not upload malware, or attempt to break, overload or probe the service.
• Do not use SaveAudio to harass, impersonate or distribute abusive material.

We may suspend or remove accounts and content that breach these rules. To report abusive shared audio, email abuse@soundsafe.online with the group code.

Accounts are subject to a per-user storage quota and per-file size limit. We may adjust these limits to keep the service available for everyone.

SaveAudio is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that your data can never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently removes your content. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
